Terms of Service

1. Introduction and acceptance
These terms govern your use of Morrow Blue (the "Service"), operated by Zhe Zhang, an individual operating under the laws of the People's Republic of China ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
Morrow Blue publishes small browser-based tools and games. Each tool is free to use. Some tools offer an optional one-time paid add-on, such as the Full Report for the 12 Axes Political Test, which adds longer explanations and a full ranking to the free result. What each paid add-on includes is listed on the pricing page before you buy.
3. Eligibility
You may use the free tools at any age permitted by the laws of your country. To make a purchase you must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.
4. Pricing and payment
Current plans and prices are listed on our pricing page. All current paid add-ons are one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions, they do not renew, and you will not be charged again. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record; card data is handled by Waffo Pancake and is never stored on our servers.
5. Delivery
After you pay, we email your unlock code to the address you used at checkout within 24 hours. You receive an unlock code by email. Entering the code on the tool's page unlocks the paid content in that browser. Keep the email so you can unlock again on another device.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are handled under our refund policy. Because every paid add-on is a one-time purchase, there is nothing to cancel.
7. Billing disputes
If something is wrong with a charge, please email us first at support@morrowblue.com. We reply within 2 business days and will fix the problem or refund you; this is usually faster than a chargeback.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, attempt to disrupt or overload the site, copy and resell paid content, or share or publish unlock codes so that others can access paid content without paying.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its questions, texts, designs and code, is owned by Morrow Blue and protected by copyright. Your answers and results belong to you, and you are free to share your results.
10. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Our quizzes and tools are for entertainment and self-reflection only; results are simplified models, not professional, scientific, legal or political advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Breach and suspension
If you break these terms, for example by sharing unlock codes publicly or abusing the Service, we may disable the affected unlock code and refuse further purchases. Where an unlock code is disabled for misuse, no refund is due.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us at support@morrowblue.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes do not affect purchases you have already made.
